Why It Matters
What happens either way.
Home systems don't fail randomly. Most failures are the last step in a chain of events that started months — sometimes years — earlier. The difference between catching it and missing it comes down to whether someone looked.

You find out when it stops working.
Small problems compound quietly. A worn capacitor, a slow refrigerant leak, a cracked heat exchanger — none of these announce themselves. They just get worse.
Manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance. Without it, a parts claim can be denied — even on equipment that's still under warranty.
A weekend breakdown costs $199 for a technician to show up — before a single repair is made. Members pay $99 for the same call.
You explain your system from scratch every time you call. No history, no relationship, no one who already knows your home.
You know what's going on before it's a problem.
A technician goes through your system every year — 16 documented points, written report, findings explained. Problems get caught when they're still small.
Your inspection generates the maintenance documentation manufacturers require. Your warranty stays intact.
Priority service — you go to the front of the queue. And when you call on a Saturday, you pay $99, not $199. One call covers the year.
We know your systems, your home, your history. You're not explaining everything from scratch every time — you have your HVAC people.

What $99 Actually Delivers
This is what we find. This is what we fix.
A system that hasn't been serviced in two years doesn't look broken — it just looks normal. The dirt on the coil, the filter clogged solid, the drain line collecting debris. You don't see it. Your system does. The inspection is how we see it before you feel it.

Outdoor Condenser Coil
A clogged coil makes your compressor work overtime.
Dirt restricts airflow across the coil. The compressor runs hotter and harder to compensate. The inspection flags it. A tune-up cleans it. Your system stops working overtime and your energy bill stops climbing.

Mini-Split Air Filter
A blocked filter strains the blower and cuts airflow.
A clogged filter forces the blower motor to strain against restricted airflow. Left unchecked it accelerates wear on the indoor unit. A technician vacuums it clean in minutes. That's what the annual inspection catches.

Heat Pump Coil Cleaning
A dirty coil costs you on both heating and cooling.
Heat pumps transfer heat through the refrigerant coil. When that coil is coated in dirt and debris, it can't exchange heat efficiently — the system runs longer cycles, uses more energy, and wears out faster. A coil cleaning restores transfer efficiency and protects the compressor.

Wall Mounted Mini-Split Hygiene
Mold and bacteria build up inside every indoor unit.
The evaporator housing on a wall-mounted mini-split stays cool and damp — the exact conditions mold and bacteria need to grow. You breathe what comes out. A proper hygiene treatment cleans the coil, housing, and drain pan. Your air quality improves immediately.

Wall Mounted Coil Cleaning
A coated indoor coil quietly reduces every room's comfort.
Dust and debris coat the evaporator coil on the indoor unit over time. Airflow drops. The system compensates by running longer. A thorough coil cleaning restores airflow, reduces strain on the blower, and brings efficiency back to where it should be.

Wall Mounted Ventilation System Cleaning
Blocked vents push contaminated air through your home.
Ventilation systems collect dust, pollen, and debris that circulate back through every room. A full cleaning removes the buildup from grilles, ducts, and housings. The result is cleaner air, better airflow, and a system that doesn't have to fight itself to do its job.
$99 gets a trained technician in your home. That's the whole product.
No pressure. They inspect, document, and tell you what they found. You decide what happens next.

What systems are covered
Every major systemin your home.
One $99 membership covers one system for the year. Most homes have more than one — each system gets its own inspection, its own written report, its own documented condition history.

Heat pumps & central air conditioning
Ductless mini-splits
Gas furnaces
Oil heating systems
Tankless & heat pump water heaters
ERVs & whole-home humidifiers
The maintenance umbrella
Three types of work. You always start with the inspection.
Every engagement starts with an inspection that tells us what your system actually needs. From there, we recommend nothing, a tune-up, or in some cases a rejuvenation. You decide. You approve. Nothing happens without your sign-off.
Inspection
A trained technician evaluates every accessible component — 16 documented points per system type. Nothing is touched, cleaned, or replaced. The goal is an accurate picture of your system's condition, in a written report.
7 system types covered. Ends with a written report and a clear walkthrough of findings.
INCLUDED IN YOUR $99 MEMBERSHIP
Tune-Up
Physical upkeep of components that need attention. If the inspection shows dirty coils, a worn belt, clogged drain lines, or loose wiring — a tune-up addresses it. Only what the system actually needs.
Examples: clean blower motor, wash evaporator coil, clean heat exchanger and burner, clean condensate drain, rewire loose connections, calibrate thermostat.

Rejuvenation
The system is still running. Nothing is obviously wrong. But some components have a known lifespan — and when they fail, they take other parts with them. Rejuvenation replaces aging components before the emergency arrives.
When inspection identifies components approaching end of service life, we explain which parts, why they matter, and what it costs to address them now — not reactively during a breakdown.
