Every SumZero installation includes a workmanship guarantee from day one. Club Membership adds a 16-point annual inspection on every system you own at $99 per system per year. PROTECT+ extends your labor coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty for up to 10 years. All three tie back to the same installation.

Workmanship Guarantee

If something is wrong with how we installed it, we fix it. No charge, no argument. This applies to every system we put in.

Club Membership

$99/year per system. One 16-point inspection per system you own, priority scheduling, and member pricing on every call. The people who skip this are the ones who call us in January when the heat goes out.

Extended Labor Coverage (PROTECT+)

Manufacturer warranty covers parts. Labor costs are yours — unless you have PROTECT+. Available on qualifying systems installed within the last 4 years.

Before we leave, the system is tested and documented, the manufacturer warranty is registered in your name, and your home's service record is open in our system. If the installation caused the problem, we correct it.

Layer 2 — Club Membership

$99 per system per year. One inspection per system, every year.

Club Membership is priced by system, not by household. If you have two heat pumps and a water heater, that's three inspections at $99 each. The inspection is 16 points, done by the same team that installed the equipment.

Members get priority scheduling and member pricing on every service call. January is when we're busiest. Members go first.

SumZero PROTECT+

Manufacturer warranty covers parts. Labor is on you unless you have PROTECT+.

When your heat pump compressor fails at year 6, Mitsubishi sends the part. The labor to diagnose it, pull the old compressor, install the new one, and recharge the system — that bill is yours. A typical repair like that runs $1,200 to $1,800. PROTECT+ covers that labor cost on qualifying SumZero-installed systems.

When something breaks

You call us. We diagnose it, fix it, and there is no labor bill. That repair that would have cost you $1,200 to $1,800 costs you nothing.

For up to 10 years

One payment covers your labor risk for a decade. The 10-year plan is $1,400 — less than the cost of a single compressor repair.

PROTECT+ is not publicly available. If you installed with us in the last 4 years, you can still add it. Most customers who qualify don't know they have a window.

Parts are already covered

Your manufacturer's warranty covers the compressor, the coil, the parts. PROTECT+ covers the labor to install them — the part the manufacturer never pays for.
